Ajman Tourism Development Department organises training programme on etiquette

AJMAN: Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) has organised a training programme for its employees on etiquette in the work environment.

The programme, produced by Mohamed Hassan Al Marzouqi, the General Manager of Etiquette Training Company for Consultations, Training and Management Studies, was supervised by ATDD s Training Section.

The programme, held at Ajman Museum s Sheikh Humaid Hall, qualifies trainees to have the potentials for the art of universal dealings, according to Al Marzouqi.

It has a set of targets, including getting the trainees up to date on the U.A.E. vision 2021 and internationally-recognised knowledge and skills regarding dealing with VIPs and official guests in local and international occasions and events, he said.

For her part, ATDD Training Section Head, Jawaher Al Matroushi, said the training programme concentrated on the U.A.E. Vision 2021 and the role of a public servant in contributing to the achievement of such a vision, in addition to a number of concepts in connection with etiquette and protocol.
