Al Jarman and Mexican Deputy Foreign Minister discuss bilateral relations

ABU DHABI, 28th October, 2015 (WAM) — Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al Jarman, Assistant Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, and the Mexican Deputy Foreign Minister, Carlos Alberto de Icaza, have discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations between the UAE and Mexico.
They also exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments of mutual interest.
During the meeting, held at the Ministry, Al Jarman praised the UAE-Mexican partnership, stressing the UAE’s keenness on enhancing ties which reflect the aspirations of the two countries’ leaderships.
He also called for expansion of joint cooperation in the bilateral and multilateral domains and the development of them into wider horizons which would contribute to boosting them in various fields for the benefit of the two countries’ joint interests.
On his part, de Icaza hailed the existing partnership with the UAE, noting that ties are witnessing notable growth in all fields, especially in view of the upcoming visit of the President of Mexico.
