Bahraini King commends UAE stances supporting his country

MANAMA: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain has commended UAE’s support for the Kingdom and its people, which he said embodies the solid fraternal relations and common destiny bonding the two sisterly states.

King Hamad, while receiving Hussain bin Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Minister of Education, expressed his thanks and appreciation to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, for the support provided by the UAE to the kingdom.

The UAE Minister of Education is visiting Bahrain to attend the inauguration of the Nasser Centre for Rehabilitation and Vocational Training, which is managed by Abu Dhabi Education Council, and was opened yesterday.

Bahrain News Agency, BNA, quoted the Bahraini King as hailing the opening of the Nasser Centre, saying that it will contribute to graduate national cadres of high excellence and professionalism. It also will contribute to reinforcing the spirit of good citizenship among students to assist them to become active and productive citizens serving the homeland and boosting Bahrain’s development process.

King Hamad welcomed the UAE Minister and asked him to convey greetings to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and expressed wishes of growth and well-being to the UAE and its people.
