Bee’ah emphasises its commitment to recruit local talents at Sharjah National Career Exhibition

SHARJAH, 11th February, 2015 (WAM) — In Light of its growth and expansion as a regional industry leader and a national employer of choice, Bee’ah, the Sharjah Environment Company, is participating for the fifth year in a row at the Sharjah National Career Exhibition currently running at Expo Center Sharjah.

The 17th National Career Exhibition is one of the fastest growing higher education events for national youth in the country the exhibition offers graduates an opportunity to explore job opportunities with leading employers as well as higher education prospects under a single roof. In recent years, the event has been successful in attracting high quality talents from all over the UAE and has become a vital component of the Emirate’s drive to promote and enhance the integration of national manpower resources into the workforce.

Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO of Bee’ah spoke about the company’s commitment towards attracting, developing and retaining talents from diverse academic and professional backgrounds, he said: “Bee’ah has implemented a robust pledge to human resources and career development in pursuit of our company vision, furthermore Bee’ah is dedicated to sourcing the best people in the region to join its world-class leading team of experts” he continued “The National Career Exhibition is an ideal platform to attract the next generation of industry leaders, to join the today’s dynamic workforce.” Al Huraimel added: “At Bee’ah we are proud to have reached a level where 52% of our senior management and 22% of our overall office and administrative staff are UAE nationals, and are optimistic about retaining these numbers as we grow into a regional organisation.” Bee’ah has commissioned a custom designed eco-friendly exhibition stand to showcase their presence at the show which incorporates the company’s environmental ethos in order to showcase their vision and mission, the stand will include environmentally friendly materials and structures consisting of eco-friendly paper and wood boards, vegetable based paints, and LED lighting amongst other sustainable materials.
