Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police reviews EWPA’s Achievements

ABU DHABI: Major General Mohammed Khalfan Al Rumaithi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, has reviewed the achievements and vision of the Emirates Women Police Association, EWPA, during his meeting with a delegation from the association at the Police General Headquarters.

The delegation was headed by Major Amina Mohamed Khamis Al Bloushi, Chairwoman of the Emirates Women Police Association, and was comprised of a number of committees heads and members of the association.

The Chairwoman of the EWPA briefed attendees on the association s work, initiatives and conferences it took part in. She also explained that the association was founded in November 2011 and has organised several events and initiatives since then, in addition to participating in a number of community-based programs.

Al Rumaithi commended the efforts of EWPA members in promoting security and safety in the country, confirming his confidence in the ability of Emirati women in general and through the Women Police Association to attain achievements that serve society.

He also received a commemorative shield from the Chairwoman of the Emirates Women Police Association, who hailed his keen interest in reviewing the projects and initiatives that the association is working on completing this year.
