Hamdan bin Zayed attends national day celebration

ABU DHABI: H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Western Region, has attended a celebration organised by Al Hammadi tribe in Al Meshrif area in Abu Dhabi tp mark the UAE’s 43rd National Day.

Mohamed Al Hammadi Chief Executive Officer Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC), on behalf of the Al Hammadi tribe, greeted President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Member and Rulers of the Emirates, His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, the crown princes and the people of the UAE on the national occasion.

He noted that the immense achievements the UAE has been making since 1971, including development, security and prosperity and affluence, are the fruits of the federation and that they were enabled by the wise leaders of the country and the people’s loyalty to them.

He paid tribute to the founding father of the UAE, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and reiterated Al Hammadi tribe’s allegiance to the march led by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa.

Senior officials, tribal dignitaries from across the UAE and members of Al Hammadi families from the UAE and other Gulf countries attended the celebration.
