Hamed bin Zayed, Nahyan bin Mubarak attend Al Balush Tribe’s celebrations on National Day

AL AIN: H.H. Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court, and Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, attended the celebrations of the Al Balush Tribe on the occasion of the UAE’s 43rd National Day anniversary.

Sheikh Hamed was briefed about 43 rare photos of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, taken by Abdullah Khamis Al Balushi, and also about other activities on the sideline of the event.

The event, held at the Al Ain Convention Centre in Khubaisi, was attended by a number of Sheikhs and top officials.

In his statement on behalf of the Tribe, Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Mahmoud Al Balushi congratulated President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Supreme Council Members, Their Highnesses Rulers of the Emirates, His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Crown Princes and the UAE’s people on the occasion of the UAE’s 43rd National Day anniversary, praying to the Almighty to preserve the UAE under its wise leadership.

He also said that December 2, 1971 is the day of determination when the wills of the late Skeikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and the founding fathers had converged to raise the Union flag high, and announced the march of welfare and prosperity, which eventually became a reality.

“The march is being continued under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Supreme Council Members, Their Highnesses the Rulers of the Emirates,” he added.
