Mohammed bin Rashid attends final race of Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship

Dubai: Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended today the concluding round of the 11 ?Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship at Dubai World Trade Centre.

In attendance also were H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman,HRH Prince Khaled bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gargawi, Minister for Cabinet Affairs, and a number of Sheikhs, senior officials, owners, breeders and a crowd of fans.

Sheikh Mohammed inspected winning mares and fillies of the final race and congratulated and shook hands with their owners.

?Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship is a competition for pure-bred Arabian horses, showcasing their beauty, agility and heritage. Known to be one of the most prestigious competitions of its kind, the event ran over 3 days presenting some of the world’s most exquisite horses with a total prize value of US$ 5 million.
