Saif bin Zayed awards Police Officer for achievements

ABU DHABI: H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, has awarded Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Abdul Jalil Al Ansari, Chief of Search and Rescue at Abu Dhabi Police, with the Distinguished Employee Award.

H.H. Sheikh Saif reviewed Mr. Al Ansari’s certificate, as the first Arab to obtain certification in the field of Search and Rescue from the United Nations International Search and Rescue Advisory Group, INSARAG.

Sheikh Saif awarded Mr. Al Ansari, who is also the head of the U.A.E. Search and Rescue Team and Vice-President of INSARAG, in recognition for his hard work and determination to improve his skills in the search and rescue field. Sheikh Saif urged Al Ansari to continue his efforts for further development in the future.

His Highness Sheikh Saif said, “The officer s achievement as being the first Arab to obtain this certificate is one that reflects on the entire U.A.E. Search and Rescue team which has a high level of performance, experience and professionalism, enabling them to carry out their humanitarian work in the search and rescue field in an admirable manner,” he said.
