Sheikh Abdullah meets with Mongolian Prime Minister

ULAN BATOR: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, U.A.E. Foreign Minister, today met with Norovyn Altankhuyag, Prime Minister of Mongolia.

During the meeting, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah conveyed regards of U.A.E. Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of U.A.E. Armed Forces, to the Mongolian Prime Minister, and Their Highnesses’ wishes for continuous progress and prosperity for Mongolia and its people.

Sheikh Abdullah and the Mongolian Prime Minister discussed ways to reinforce cooperation between the two friendly nations, and ways to strengthen their bilateral relations in trade and economy and energy sectors.

The two sides also discussed ways of encouraging investments and advanced industrial projects that are important for the two friendly countries.

The Mongolian Prime Minister requested that Sheikh Abdullah reciprocate his greetings to Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of U.A.E. Armed Forces, and stressed his country s eagerness to strengthen its relations with U.A.E. as a country of special importance for Mongolia.

Later, during his tour to the Presidential Palace, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed toured the Presidential Palace visited a special gallery showcasing Mongolia’s historical flags after Genghis Khan unified the country, and a hall for parliamentary meetings and viewed a painting depicting the history of Mongolia
