UAE Embassy in Japan marks UAE’s 43rd National Day

Tokyo: The UAE Embassy in Japan has hosted a reception to celebrate the UAE’s 43rd National Day.

Yuriko Koike, Member of Japan’s House of Representatives and Chairwoman of the UAE-Japan Parliamentary Friendship Association, and a number of senior government officials, MPs, CEOs, academicians, media persons, dignitaries and Arab and foreign diplomats, attended the function.

Addressing the audience, acting Charge d’ Affaires Mohammed Rashid Al Absi expressed his confidence that the UAE-Japan ties would scale new height of progress and cooperation.

Tsukasa Uemura, Director-General, Middle Eastern and African Affairs Bureau at Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, congratulated the UAE on the occasion of the National Day under the wise leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. He wished the UAE government and people continued progress and happiness.
