NEW DELHI: Sa’ed Mohamed Al Mheiri, the UAE Embassy’s Charge d’Affairs in New Delhi, has met with Dr. Samit Sharma, Commissioner (Investment & NRIs), Bureau of Investment Promotion (BIP), Rajasthan.
During their meeting, held at the Embassy, the officials discussed investment opportunities in Rajasthan State, as well as promoting the Jaipur ‘Resurgent Rajasthan 2015’ Summit scheduled to be held in Jaipur in November 2015.
Further, Dr. Sharma spoke of the many opportunities to be found in the State, making it one of the most attractive hubs for trade, business and investment in India.
Also, Al Mheiri welcomed the visiting delegation of the Government of Rajasthan State, expressing the UAE’s keenness to expand bilateral trade and the purchase of investment bonds with the State.
Additionally, the parties discussed mutual co-operation in fields such as oil, gas, renewable energy, including solar energy and infrastructure fields as well as construction, tourism, ceramics, glass, information technology, gems and jewelry.
Dr. Sharma also brought to the attention of the Emirati officials the opportunities in Rajasthan in the investment field.
