ADJD boosts volunteering efforts with ‘Voluntary Service: A Culture and a Commitment’ campaign

ABU DHABI, The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has stepped up volunteering initiatives by launching an expanded campaign titled ‘Voluntary Service: A Culture and a Commitment’, with the formation of the Judicial Department Volunteer Team (Dhukhr).

The launch of this volunteer campaign is part of the ADJD’s involvement in community outreach, in line with the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Presidential Court and Chairman of ADJD, to support initiatives aimed at achieving the objectives of sustainable development in cooperation with strategic partners.

Dhukhr’s support to various campaigns and broad participation in social activities aimed at raising the level of community awareness, environmental consciousness and preservation of the environment.

The volunteer campaign – in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Waste Management Company (Tadweer) – started its action with a clean-up campaign in public spaces in the Al Ain region to raise the standard of maintenance of public and recreational facilities, as well as the aesthetic and cultural features of Abu Dhabi.
