Dr Sultan referred to other programmes ADNOC is working on to develop its human assets, including, among others, programmes on enhancing the capabilities of young, senior and female leaders to serve the country’s national interests.
Members of these programmes participate in workshops conducive to honing their skills and enhancing their experience in areas of Artificial Intelligence, Financial Administration, in addition to other programmes with the Group’s companies to provide professional cadres enjoying rich and integrated experience.
The main objective of such programmes is to ensure young people play a significant role in the transformational drive of ADNOC which is based on the four pillars of efficiency, profitability, performance and people with an unwavering commitment to health, safety, operational integrity and the environment, he noted.
“In line with the leadership’s directives, ADNOC must evolve into a more agile organisation to maintain its competitive edge in today’s global economy,” said Dr. Al Jaber, adding, “This will ensure ADNOC remains a core contributor to the UAE’s progress, future development and longstanding efforts to diversify the economy while laying emphasis on the safety and integrity of manpower and assets.”
