Ajman Crown Prince to chair annual meetings of Ajman Government

AJMAN– H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of Ajman Executive Council, will chair the annual meetings of the Ajman government, which will be held tomorrow, to harmonise federal and local government strategies in line with the UAE National Agenda objectives.

The meetings will discuss ways of ensuring synergy across the board to implement the recommendations of the annual meetings of the UAE Government through local initiatives, in line with the priorities of the National Agenda of the UAE Vision 2021 and the Ajman 2021 vision.

The one-day annual meetings will be attended by chairmen of local government authorities, directors-general of local authorities and senior officials.

The first edition of these meetings will focus on three key goals, including ensuring coordination by supporting the efforts of the federal government to develop the work of relevant committees, councils and authorities in charge of coordinating local government action.

The annual meetings will also discuss three major issues; demographics, legislation and competitiveness.

Sheikh Ammar highlighted the importance of the meetings, which will take place as part of the call for annual meetings with the UAE Government, with the aim of supporting the development process and adopting working plans, programmes and strategies across all vital sectors in Ajman.
