Al-Halbousi assures a tribal delegation of the need to keep tribes away from interference by law

Baghdad Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed Al-Halbousi stressed the need to keep the tribes from interfering with the law.

A statement by the Office of the President of the Parliament said that Al-Halbousi met today a delegation of tribes, notables and intellectuals of Abu Ghraib accompanied by MP Karim Abu Souda and members of the local council of the district.”

During the meeting, Al-Halbousi listened to the problems and obstacles facing the district, which stand in the way of the development of services in it, as well as the file of compensation for those affected by terrorist operations.

He stressed the keenness of the House of Representatives to follow up these files, pointing to the importance of concerted all efforts to promote the reality of the district, and cooperation between citizens and security services, and the need to keep the tribes from interfering with the law and to be above all in order to achieve stability.
