Al Rumaithi honours Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum Creative Sports Award winner
ABU DHABI, Major-General Mohammed Khalfan Al Rumaithi, Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, honoured on Tuesday, Omar Mohammed, for winning first place in the Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum Creative Sports Award.
During the meeting with Mohammed, who was accompanied by his sister Noura Mohammed Al Shammari, the Abu Dhabi Police Commander-in-Chief commended the unrelenting support and encouragement provided by the UAE’s visionary leadership for its citizens to partake in creative competitions within the country. The UAE has long been a pioneer, both regionally and globally, in providing humanitarian care and aid, and consistently encourages peaceful co-existence and tolerance, Al Rumaithi added.
Winners of the 9th Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Creative Sports Award were recently recognised during a ceremony at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
