An Iranian Military Commander: Had it not been the Iranian consultative support, Baghdad and Damascus would fell

Tehran / The Top Military Adviser to the Iranian Supreme Guide , Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi said that had it not been the Iranian consultative support, Baghdad and Damascus would fell.

He said during a forum held in the city of Isfahan that the School of resistance that have evolved in the Islamic Republic of Iran during the war imposed by the former Iraqi regime, has become a source of inspiration for the people of Syria, Iraq and Yemen.”

He added that “in light of this school, the Yemeni people managed to resist in front of the Saudi aggression, and Syria managed to continue resistance against Daesh since 68 months, and in Iraq crystallized it as part of the popular crowd, who now works alongside other forms of the Iraqi Armed Forces for the liberation of Mosul.”

Safavi added that without the measures of Iranian Supreme Guide and our top military consultants in Iraq and Syria, Baghdad and Damascus would fell until now” .
