Dubai Trade boosts customer services through client visits

DUBAI: As part of its efforts to maintain a strong relationship with its clients, the team at Dubai Trade, a facilitator of trade across borders under Dubai World, has visited Schenker LLC at their Head Office in Dubai. These meetings are held as part of Dubai Trade’s ongoing customer outreach to obtain feedback on its various e-services and help in maintaining an efficient and effective supply chain of individual trade communities in order to provide customer satisfaction.

The meeting, which was also attended by officials from DP World and Dubai Customs, commenced with a thank you from Salim Khan, Senior Manager – Client Relations representing Dubai Trade, who said he appreciated Schenker’s efforts and support for all Dubai Trade initiatives. This was followed by an open discussion, where Schenker’s team highlighted the obstacles and challenges faced while using the e-Services of Dubai Trade Portal.

Farook Al Zeer, Managing Director of Schenker Dubai, expressed his happiness with the visit which he said would contribute to bolstering cooperation between all the involved parties. He also appreciated the vital role of Dubai Trade in bringing together the key players in trade and logistics to ensure smooth business operations and the exchange of ideas and recommendations.

In line with Dubai Trade’s objectives to maintain customer loyalty and achieve customer satisfaction, Salim Khan assured everyone that the team will look into issues raised in the meeting and will make every effort to resolve them soon.
