Four Soldiers Killed in Armed Attack in Military Station, Northern India

Four Indian army personnel were killed Wednesday in an armed attack inside a military station in Punjab state, north India.

The shooting incident occurred at the Bathinda military station located in the state, killing four of its personnel, Indian media reported citing a statement issued by the Indian Army.

The entrances to the station were also closed and the area was combed to search for the perpetrators, while the army and the state police are conducting a joint investigation to uncover the facts.
