Hamdan bin Mohammed orders Dubai Departments to implement star rating system

DUBAI: H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, has instructed all the Dubai Departments and institutions affiliated with the Government of Dubai to commence the implementation of Star Rating System at all the government service centres in the Emirate of Dubai within the next period. He added, after the evaluation of all centres, the plaques on a number of stars indicating the quality of services of those centres will be put up in cooperation with the Cabinet.

The Crown Prince of Dubai said, the programme launched by Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, at the federal level would create a competitive environment to enhance the delivery of services.

He noted that the focus on clients is basic for the Government of Dubai, being one of the economic and investment factors, adding that “Mohammed bin Rashid wants smart government, welcoming, speedy and believes in innovation.
