Migration Ministry repatriates /207/ Iraqi refugees from the Turkish Akde camp

BAGHDAD, The Ministry of Displacement and Migration has repatriated a new batch of Iraqis in Akde camp in the Republic of Turkey.

“The Ministry’s working teams, in coordination with the Ministry of Transport, the Joint Crisis Management Center and the security forces of Ibrahim Khalil, today returned /207/ Iraqi refugees in Akde camp in the Turkish Republic,” Assistant Director General of the Branch Affairs Department Ali Abbas Jahaker said in a statement, explaining that they transferred them through the Ibrahim al-Khalil to the district of Zakho in Duhok province. “

Jahaker said that “the Ministry’s field team distributed food aid and some of the necessary needs during the process of transporting them to the country in coordination with the UNHCR.”
