Baghdad, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler of Dubai, visited today, Monday, accompanied by the Ambassador of Iraq in Abu Dhabi Muzaffar Mustafa Al-Jubouri, the pavilion of the Republic of Iraq at Expo 2020 Dubai and was briefed on its most prominent contents.
Al Maktoum listened, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to an explanation of the most important pillars of the pavilion, including cultural diversity, by presenting the heritage that characterizes the rich Iraqi culture full of creativity.
At the end of his tour, he expressed his appreciation for the exhibits that gave an integrated idea of the ancient civilization of Iraq, which enriched the world with its achievements.
For his part, the ambassador expressed his thanks and appreciation for the keenness of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid to visit the Iraqi pavilion participating in the exhibition, praising the great efforts made by the UAE in holding Expo 2020 Dubai despite the great challenges.
