Mubadala GE Capital celebrates third graduating class of leadership programme

ABU DHABI: Mubadala GE Capital, a specialised commercial finance company that provides structured financing solutions for businesses, today celebrated the third graduating class of its two-year leadership development programmes. Seven high-potential participants completed the required courses, driving both professional and personal development. Developed in a partnership between General Electric and the Mubadala Development Company, the leadership programme comprises a series of intensive training modules in areas including financial management, information management, commercial leadership, human resources and risk management.

This year’s graduating class includes Ahmed Al Hosani and Nasser Al Rahma, who completed the Financial Management Programme, Narmin Rend and Laila Saif, who completed the Human Resources Programme, Hannah Al Bustani, who completed the Experienced Commercial Leadership Programme, Shamsa Lootah, who completed the Risk Management Programme and Haitham Darwish, who completed the Information Technology Leadership Programme.
