The United Arab Emirates has granted its golden residency to the Adviser at the General Directorate of the Ministry of Information, Mrs. Laure Sleiman, who in turn, thanked the UAE, state and rulers, for honoring her.
She said in a statement: “I thank the United Arab Emirates, in its state and leadership, for the honor that I received and for granting me the golden residency in the category of entrepreneurs and talents…and it saddens me that the Emirates is honoring me while the officials in my country are pushing their talents and energies to leave Lebanon and emigrate.”
“The UAE gives hope to the Lebanese despite the pain we are experiencing,” Sleiman concluded.
