Nahal’s family held a sit-in in front of Nabatieh Serail, in protest at “the failure of the state to communicate with the UAE authorities to reveal their fate, Hussein Ali Nahal and his son Mohammed, and to release them quickly.”
The detainees were arrested last June 10 at Dubai airport from the UAE authorities, and their fate is unknown until today nor the reasons for their arrest.
The family called on the President of the Republic, Michel Aoun, PM Najib Mikati and House Speaker Nabih Berri, to intervene and put an end to this issue.
